Modes of Measurement

The microscope can be operated in various modes of measurement with variety of different accessories provided at the beamline. With assistance of its motorized stage, it enables the point-by-point or grid collection of spectra from a sample to make the spatially resolved chemical maps. 

  • Transmission

  • Transflection

  • Reflection

    • Simple Reflection​

    • Attenuated Total Reflection (ATR)

    • Grazing Incidence Reflection (GIR)
